The Sunset Bag

THE SUNSET BAG

This lovely bag is made from a piece of fabric I have had for a while waiting for the right project and has a beautiful texture which I think echoes well the colours of the sunset. It is paired with a soft Mora faux leather in a shade of Aubergine. The lining is also from my stash and could be silk, I’m not sure but it complements the outer perfectly.

Inside there's a slip pocket and an integral wallet with card slots which is secured by a rainbow zipper. The zipper pull here is a Made in the Isle of Man charm.

The whole bag, which is roomy but neat is also closed by a zipper - this time with antique brass teeth and finished with a rainbow zipper pull.

Approximate finished dimensions: 11 x 8 x 2 inches

The detachable strap is finished with narrow satin ribbon for a designer touch and features cute antique brass rivets with the famous Manx Three Legs. The fact that the strap can be removed means that this bag also can be carried as a smart clutch.
